  • All items are printed on demand in Brisbane (AU) or USA (fastest local warehouse).
  • Delivery: 2–5 days AU, 5–9 days ROW.
  • Free shipping on 3+ items or $150+ (AU only).

Pricing & GST

  • All prices in AUD and include 10% GST.
  • GST invoice available on request.

Returns & Exchanges

  • 30-day guarantee: Defective or damaged → free reprint or refund, send us pictures by email at support@participatinghuman.com.
  • No returns for sizing – check size chart (99% accurate).
  • No change of mind returns – custom POD items can’t be resold.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds processed within 3 business days to original payment method.
  • Original shipping non-refundable.
